• Extension Usage Data: We may store local preferences (e.g., language settings, tier limits) within your browser's local storage.

We use the collected information solely to provide the extension's core functionality:

• Converting speech to text via third-party AI providers.
• Analyzing images to answer your questions.
• Generating summaries of your transcripts.

4. Third-Party Data Processors

To provide advanced AI features, we transmit specific data to the following trusted third-party providers:

• Deepgram: Used for real-time speech-to-text transcription.
• Google Gemini (via OpenRouter/Direct): Used for analyzing images and generating text summaries.

These providers process data only for the purpose of fulfilling your request and are subject to strict confidentiality agreements.

5. Data Retention

We do not permanently store your audio recordings or screenshots on our servers. Transcripts and summaries are stored locally on your device or generated temporarily for export. You have full control to delete them at any time by clearing your extension data/cache.
